Elvis Has Left The Building
After a hard fought battle with Google Docs, my paper is finally done. It can be a bit tricky to work with open source documents, but the benefits outweigh the costs. It is great working on a paper and having a number of different people able to make comments or pose questions right on your document. In this case it was only Glen and myself who had access to the paper, but it would also work in a larger group setting. It is a different writing style in google docs when it comes to APA format, you have to make a few changes to the way your present your document, all the while keeping APA in mind. I decided to go against using headings for my paragraphs due to the size of the overall paper and since it lost something in the flow of the ideas. Referencing is also a little more difficult than in the past since you need to include URLs. You may note that these URLs can become awfully large in the process. Click on my paper and tell me what you think.

Good job on the paper. Hopefully you can spread the word throughout your division about Web 2.0 tools. Its true for the most part we are at the bleeding edge of the wedge, where policy has yet to be written on some things we are doing. You just hope that your own judgement is on the same side as the administration.

“Bleeding Edge of the Wedge”: gotta love it – it is only an abyss if it holds no bottom, and if it doesn’t?… then I think we have entered into “infinity: the realm of division by zero” where I believe this “domain” to be taking us: ” To boldly go where no one has gone before!”, or so we think…
Good job on the paper and take care.
